My wife uses the 270gr in her Sako .375.
Performance leaves nothing to be desired on African game. Get the coated bullets if you can, the plain X-bullets leave vast amounts of copper in the bore. I have used the Xs in 165gr in .300 Winmag on bear and elk. Performance was spectacular. Rob
