I am interested in purchasing a 38 spl revolver this week. Although I have been told that S&W is the Cadillac, the price of the Taurus and CA are a lot more reasonable. At the same time I want to feel confident in that whatever I purchase will be reliable and will work if I ever need it. I would like to hear from Taurus and CA owners for their opinions and recommendations. Thanks in advance for your help.
