I just punched up my cost/ round of reloading 9mm
Using cast lead bullets from S&S bullets, Winchester small primers and powder I am at $0.148 / round. Brass is free. I have picked up 1000s of serviceable 9mm from my range by spending 5 minutes with a broom at the end of my shooting sessions.
The press, dies, manuals, etc, etc aren't factored in price per round, since they are paid for out of the savings over buying boxed ammo. I already had a setup for loading .45 ACP so I just had to buy new dies.
At the end of the day: I am saving $0.13/ shot fired.
