This one has been talked to death before. If one really keeps it in the holster - you have no problem.
The analysis I've seen is that if you are too dumb not to wave a gun in the store - then you are too dumb for the store to sell you one. Someone should get a big broom and sweep you out.
There's no federal law - one should really check the legal sources before you say such.
