I have currently XD45c, XDM 9mm, and a XDS ... and sold a XD9sc to fund the XDs purchase. Ive had nothing but good results with all of mine.
The XDS has about 650 rds thru it and not a single issue..
I will agree they do not like to be "sling shot" racked... Use the slide release to chamber a round and that problem will go away.
