Buy a Ruger or Smith. Even used I don't think $450 is reasonable. I know you won't find a Smith&Wesson anywhere near that. Maybe a used Super Blackhawk. Find a way to up your budget now, or wait a little longer. I'm not even sure you can find any DA 44 at that price and a used SA is going to be close.
