Gang defensive tactics
There is a trend in which 3 or 4 hooligans pounce on an unexpecting victim all at once. Mainly I have seen this around here with defenseless homeless, but now its spreading to regular working people on the street.
How does one protect themselves from such gang attack? What does a person look for in the neighborhood?
