By the serial number, I hope I have identified your revolver properly as a:
.32 Hand Ejector Model of 1903 5th Change
The book says it's actually a 4.25" barrel.

160,499 of these made between 1910 and 1917, serial range ran from 102501 through ~263000, it would appear that yours was a little closer to the end of that range than toward the beginning.
