Okay, based on the info provided earlier in this thread, I did a little research.

Rowan County Gun Club is $600 for initial membership fee and $125 annual renewal after that.

Grandview Firearms Training Center has a website with lots of info: http://www.gftc.com. Their membership and range use fees are listed there.
