LOL, that's got to be awkward. Many of the counties on this side of the state are divided into two judicial districts. It's an odd way to do things.
The judicial district versus county lines interpretation can potentially make a big difference in some counties. Here in Sebastian County, everything outside of Fort Smith is in the other judicial district.
