Yes, the spring in there will last for yrs, trust me. You are not getting better quality on it just because it has some one else's name on it.

The only reason to swap would be if you wanted to modify the magazine capacity.

Then, you will see that those aftermarket springs with the end not properly crimped/curled cause more problems than the factory spring. The factory is square, they just cut the aftermarkets wherever and they cause feed issues. The follower tilts and binds if you don't square up the new spring:
