For "quoting" :

After you click on the "Reply"... In the 2nd row of icons, 2nd in from the right side, is a white squarish "quote" icon... Click on that. Two QUOTE thingy's will appear in the box.

Next, scroll down and find the text you want to copy... "capture" that text by placing the cursor on the left end of it, then hold down the LEFT mouse button as you move the cursor across the text to the right. (It will then have a blue background.)

When you have what you want, switch to the RIGHT mouse button and (with the arrow ON the blue text) click on "COPY" in the box.

So now that text is sort of "in your mouse"... Next place your cursor IN BETWEEN the two "quote" thingys (which you've already placed in the message screen), left click, and choose PASTE.

Now after you submit, it'll automatically come up as you want it.
