In Missouri, cities and counties cannot restrict firearms, except open carry and discharges. But I have searched and can't find the specific law that spells this out. Can anyone show me the specific Missouri law?

I want to oppose an old local law that prohibits weapons in city parks, and I want my ducks in a row first.
