For "quick and dirty" try 'Quiksteel" epoxy putty. Degrease the barrel hole well. Wax the screw threads.(even better would be to plug it with epoxy and redrill and tap. Either way it will probably work-that stuff hardens a lot tougher than JBweld....If not you can still try a helicoil or retap for a larger screw.
