My girl keeps asking me to get a 1911 in 9mm for her. I know it's sacrilegious for many here, myself included to some degree, but let's put that aside for this conversation.

Here are my criteria:
-Skeleton hammer
-Novak type sights
-I would prefer a non-ambi safety but it's not a deal breaker...
-I'd prefer non-blued (either a melonite-type or stainless) finish but if I have to go with blued I'll bite.
-Very reliable out of the box
-Steel frame
-Under $700
