My admittedly somewhat old RCBS powder measure came with a flat bar to mount the measure to a bench with clamps or under the lock ring of a die. So the step is charge and seat (throwing a check charge every so often). No limitation on loading blocks.

I'll often go as far as seating primers and then store the brass "for later".
