That's a beautiful gun, I like the look. I wouldn't mind having one of those in the stable, but I prefer the lower maintenance of my 10-22's. I don't have to deal with the leading of the gas port, I don't need to worry if my bore is. 223 or. 224 and with no gas system the 10-22 generally stays cleaner.
None of these are major issues just my point of view. If I had that gun of yours I'd probably just deal with any small issues.
I'll also admit to being a bit biased toward the 10-22. I also leaning toward my sks over my AR's.
