Looks like each line / box is 1/2" square which relates to 1 minute of angle at 50 yards and 2 minutes of angle (moa) at 25 yards... of course a half at 100.

personally if shooting that target at 25 yards i would add extra thin lines in the middle of each box vertical and horizontal.
