I have a box of 45 ACP Hornady 200g XTP and the 9mm 124g XTP rds.

I found loads from the Winchester site for the 45 for a JHP (4.7 to 5.2g OAL of 1.155). Is this a good range to use for the 45 200g XTP? The Speer mamual does not list data for the XTP just the GDHP which I think is similar.

I can't find anything for the 9mm 124g XTP using the WST powder. Is the WST powder too hot for the 9mm rd? I normally use Win 231 and Bullseye but have loaded more with the 231 lately. But I have the WST sitting there. I would like to use it in the 9mm.

Does anyone have a "safe" accurate WST loads for the 45 & 9mm? Oh yes, OALs would be helpful too.
