Another vote for Pachmayr or Tyler T-grip. Either style makes shooting far more comfortable than bare factory stocks and each has its own personality.

The T-grip style is slightly more concealable and has a more traditional appearance. The Compacts give you a more hand-filling , more controllable grip when firing .357 or heavy .38 spl loads but are a bit bulky.

I use T-grips on my J frame carry guns but use the Compacts on my 357 mag J frame; mod 60-14; better recoil control.
