I honestly don't know about the others, but I do own the Beretta 92FS and I have to say that I love it. Being in the military, I hear many people say that it's a piece of crap, but mine has functioned flawlessly, never had a jam, failure to fire, or anything, and it's pretty damned accurate up to 25 yards.
