I found a good accurate 9mm load for PPC shooting (or bullseye shooting in general). A 121 gr. Hornady Action Pistol HP backed by 3.5 grains of Titegroup.
The recoil is really light, you feel the slide come back more than anything.
If I do my part it will hold the 10 ring at 25 yards, shot out of a 92F.
Another favorite round is a 148 gr. Hollow Base WC over 2.7 gr of Titegroup. This from one of the top three shooters in Match 1500 in NC.
