I am back at trap after a 3 yr hiatus. Shooting below where I was then. I am sorta relearning the game.

I have just noticed that I have been squeezing the sap out of the forend so I know I am "steering" again and intend to hold lots lighter.

But......I seem to notice that now my eyes seem to want to periodically crossover. Just for an instant but it messes me up.

Would you advise going to one eye (I used to shoot with 2) until I get the swing and "look" back again and then switch back to 2 eyes or just stay with one eye or stay with the 2 eye and fight the crossover tendency?
