Any powder in the 4895 to 4064 burn rate will be appropriate for both if you stick with heavier bullets for 223 and mid range bullet weights for 30-06.

For heavy bullets for the 30-06 (over 180 grains) you might want something in the 4350 range, and for light bullets (under 55 grains) in the 223 something in the 4198 range.

There are a lot of good powders in that burn range.
