The hours do count, but it's no big deal. Just pick it up at the right time.
The waiting period is 10 days, I have bought 4 guns in the past 4 months, all from different dealers, all on a 10 day wait.
With all the talk of "Civil Rights" these days, it sure seems like they are violating the "Civil Rights" of potential gun owners in CA since they are ignoring the law that says we can have the gun after 10 days as long as our records are clean.
Oh well, I'll just exercise my right not to shop there again.
It's the principal of the darn thing!
It's a good thing I'm going to my happy place tonight........the range!
