I could be wrong but my guess is not much chance.

I like MM's idea of soaking it in ATF and Acetone soup. This mixture has a tendency to separate and you might check it quite often to shake it up.

Another option is PB Blaster. There is reason why nearly every fleet vehicle maintenance shop buys it by the case.

The other thing is that if it is old and if it is Navy Arms, it is likely not from Pietta. More likely from ASP unless you have a marking on it that mentions Pietta.

That is not good news since ASP parts are like hen's teeth.

On the other hand, if it is a Pietta after all even some Pietta parts will require fitting in order to work right.
