If they want to use me as a plaintiff then I'll happily ablidge. But that's not really my intent. At least not yet. They already have MUCH MUCH better plaintifs in the case they're working on now.

Really this is for my own piece of mind... to know they didn't "scare" me into not applying even though I know I'll be denied.
