It looks like that's a custom build on a '90's Colt 1991A1, with the giant "COLT M1991A1(TM)" billboard ground off, and forward cocking serrations cut into it. Stock rubber Colt grips. Custom stainless beavertail, ambi-safety, mag funnel, trigger, slide release and comp. Novak rear sight, stock front sight.
You could have a gunsmith replicate that easily as the base gun is cheap and plentiful; in fact they look like a standard build for a bowling pin gun to me.
