It is the same, but Hodgdon distributes both, so their load data is what there is on line and it is the same. Lee shows 231/HP38 with a 124 grain lead bullet with a starting load of 3.3 grains and a maximum of 4.0. That should be reasonable.

Hornady lists Power pistol for their 124 grain bullets that includes their discontinued swaged lead RN bullet without difference when seated to 1.090" COL. This has a range of 4.3 grains to 5.7 grains of Power Pistol. But I would probably expect to stop in the middle of that range with lead to avoid leading issues. So 4.3 to 5 grains is the range I would likely stick to.
