M9a1 or 92A1 if you need a rail.

Factory 17 rounders for the 92A1 fit all 92 series pistols by using a different follower design. Mec-Gar mags can be bought to give you flush fit 18 rounders.

The 92 is quite possibly the most sorted out platform for suppressors on the market. The lockup not tilting means no recoil impulse boosting trickery is required.

A $2.50 "D" mainspring takes five minutes to swap in and gives a much nicer first trigger pull.

Best of all, no hump, none of those annoying Glock finger bumpers, and no unrelieved area between the bottom of the trigger guard and the front strap.
