I agree it's an extractor spring/insert issue. I suggest ordering the kit below:

Then, put the black insert in and replace your spring. Run it. If it runs fine---drive on and never look back.

If it is still not flinging brass as you'd like put the o-ring on it (again, if it runs fine without the o-ring do not use the o-ring) and run it. If it still isn't running perfect like that report back and we'll get you straight.

My guess is the insert/spring will fix it; I'm about 90% sure on that from the pictures/description you've posted here.
