I have no clue to what a 30 ackley is but I can say this.When useing a bigger case to make a somewhat smaller one will give you what you are getting.Whats happening is you are now useing some of the shoulder/body of the 300wm to make the new case.By doing this and that area being thicker causes that part of the brass to be pushed into a new tighter area causing the wrinkles.

one thing that might help would be to anneal the area that is being resized and wrinkleing on you now.

just a thought,did you really mean a 30 Ackley or a 300 Ackley.If you ment a 300 Ackley then you shouldn't need to resize with a die.Plus I think that a 300wm is to small for a 300 Ackley to even fire form for a 300 Ackley.Again I do not know of anything of a 30 Ackley just saying thats all.
