Thanks, but you're wrong. The powder is made to burn under pressure, no bullet, no pressure. People that say it will go bang simply do NOT understand what happens inside a shell during firing it.
The 22 blanks use a special very fast burning powder and a heavy wad, or crimped closed case mouth.
Remove the bullet, put some tissue in the case, all you'll get is a
POOF! AND a very dirty barrel!
