Why not just get a S&W 642? they run $320-$375 depending on location.
I did a test at a gun show, I went to the Taurus tables, and felt the lock ups vs S&W. I handled over 20 Taurus revolvers, lock-ups varried in tightness, mainly loose. S&W was almost always solid, I think there was one that was a little looser than the others.

Compared the Judge to S&W Gov, wow, soo much slop it feels like it would miss the chamber and blow up, personal experience and you can go compare them two next time you are at a show/shop and see.

I can only recommend a Taurus model 94, thats what I own and know about.
