I have the Mossberg 835 with a 28" 3.5 chambered, vented and ported barrel. With screw in chokes, this is a good "all around" shotgun. I've been very happy with my purchase. Even with 3.5 magnums, the recoil is not that bad.

Soon, I plan on buying a slug barrel for it.
