I chose the SR9c based mostly on trigger pull when I made the same decision. The little gun is startlingly accurate in my hands, has been 100% reliable over 2500 rounds, carries well and conceals really easily for me.

The M&P is also quite nice, but I didn't care for the trigger. YMMV of course.
