SEI is suing for defamation because of disparaging comments made about the quality of their products and business practices on a gun forum. I guess that's their prerogative, though I question the possible success of their claim.
That said, if I were involved in such a lawsuit, I certainly wouldn't be griping about it on other gun forums, in which my comments could be construed as pouring fuel on the fire.
