Mausermolt, that reminds me of a crashed F-86 I hunted around in Florida.
The military declared it unrecoverable,
when it went down. (The "road" nearby is impassable, even for many modified off road vehicles; and everything turns to swamp on the other side.) Since then, it has been used as a visual training aid for pilots, and a nice landmark for hunters.
The deer rubbed that thing like crazy.
