Now if a car had brushed up against me and I took out my Glock, emptied two clips into the passengers compartment then would there be any doubt of my fate in the matter? I would be arrested, thrown into jail without bail and then convicted of murder. I might even get the chair.

However, since these are police officers involved, they get off scott-free. SCOTT-FREE!!!

Is this really good tactics by the police or simply an over-reaction by overzealous negligent cops?
