I hear you. A friend of mine went out and bought a new Springfield M1A and it only came with one 5 round magazine. I loaned him two 20 round Checkmate magazines until he could grab some. I have not talked to him for a while so I don't know if he was able to get some or not.

Good luck to him, it was hell finding a 20rd M1A magazine for a decent price. I found a Springfield 20 rounder for regular price that I snatched up, but it was the only one and I refused to pay $250 for 2 mags like they are listed on gunbroker.
