I got a Natchez 1-800-251-7839 catalog yesterday. They have Sellier & Bellot (made in the Czech Republic) .223 for $2.89 a box if you buy 10 or more. That works out to about $144.50 per 1000. One of the better prices I've seen in a while. It looks like brass in the photo but its not stated.
