Berry's 115 gr RN and HP-38

I've been loading Rainier 115 gr plated hollow points with 4.6 gr HP-38, wsp, mixed brass, and O.A.L. 1.099. These shoot very soft and cycle all three of my Glocks perfectly.
A friend suggested that I try Berry's, so I ordered 1000 115 gr RN directly from the website. Haven't received them yet, so I can't measure the bullets against the Rainiers, but I know they have different profiles.
So my question is, what is a good powder starting weight and a good safe O.A.L. for the Berry's 115 gr RN and Hodgdon HP-38? I don't want anything too hot, just something about like WWB or a little softer shooting.

Thanks
