I have a Maddi (stamped reciever) AK and want to either take the stock off and refinish it or replace it with a synthetic stock.
How do you take the stock off? I took the screw out of the top of (behind the reciever) but it still wouldn't budge. Do I need to apply more pressure or is ther another screw holding it on?
Also what about the hand guards, how do I get them off?
Any info would be appreciated.
