I've had very good luck with PPU (cyrillic "NNY") brass.
In some instances, with certain cartridges, it has even proven to be superior to Win, Rem, or FC brass.
S&B brass, on the other hand... that's a toss-up. Most of it sucks, but it's decent for a few specific cartridges.
