I have one in .308 (Mossberg ATR). Took it down as soon as I got it and cleaned everything including removing the scope mounts and loctiting them, threw a cheap Bushnell 4x16 on it and mine will shoot around 2" or less with factory ammo. Mine is a later model with the fluted barrel and their version of the "accutrigger" so not sure if that makes a difference or not compared to others but the trigger on mine is really nice (light and crisp). Honestly I wish I had something bad to say about it but it's been a great rifle for what I paid for it which was $329 and it included an even cheaper 3x9 scope on it that I put on a .22.
