Use a IWB holster.

With the IWB J frame just clip it inside your pants in the appendix position (if you are right handed) and the spleen position if you are left handed.

Notice that S&W 60 with my old IWB holster (I still use.)

I just just clip it on in the appendix position and a t-shirt conceals it perfectly.
