The Winchester 100 is a semi-auto rifle. I'm pretty certain it was never chambered in .30-30.

Is the gun you're talking about a lever action?

If so, it's made on the Model 94 action platform.

Good guns. If they weren't, Winchester wouldn't have sold something like 6 million of them over the last 102 years.
