Sometime in the late '50s I decided I wanted a 7 MM Masburn Short Magnum. Warren Page had written praises of it for years.
I contacted Mashburn Arms and asked about them making me a rifle.
I wanted a rifle about like Page's and gave them the specifications as max wt of 8 lbs with scope, and that it must group in 1.5 MOA.

They replied that they would not guarantee that level of accuracy in such a light rifle.
I never got one.

I bought a M 700 7 MM Rem Mag that groups into an inch easily. A lot cheaper too.
