The inside diameter measurement is very difficult to make reliably with hand tools. Those numbers are subject to an error of 0.002 to 0.004 inches; I think you can consider the openings on all but the CCI No. 10 to be the same size. You don't get 3 decimal place precision for 4 cents apiece.

The number to consider is the height, or overall length. Since the nipple cone is tapered that value plays a very important part in how the cap fits. Remington No. 11's fit your gun's nipples better because the taper is greater, not because the caps are larger.

In addition, it's important to understand that caps will vary in dimensions from lot to lot; it's that 4 cent thing again. What fits today may not fit with the next batch. Bottom line is that cap sizes are a crap shoot.
