It seems likely to pass in CT. This bill would Grandfather existing magazines but require them to be registered.

How on earth that would be accomplished I don't know. Same with most of the other junk in the bill, unenforceable crap most of it. The rest is feel good do nothing stuff, like a ban on guns with a shoulder thing that goes up.
